The 7” LCD Touchscreen makes it easy to creates messages instantly.

It can print barcodes with a high rate of readability: 1D & 2D barcodes including EAN 128, Code 128, Code 39, Datamatrix, QR Code etc.

Also, general variable traceability info i.e. Manufacturing & expiry dates, batch numbering, counter numbers, shift codes, julien dates as well as logos, and any information you need.

The print resolution can go up to 750dpi at the following printing speeds:

Multiple lines can be printed on the standard cartridge depending on the font size selected: 1-6 lines.
In addition to having Hp ink cartridges, we are also one of the few in the world that can also provide a 1” (25mm) Collins Cartridge. ​

The standard Hp cartridge contains 42ml however you can also opt for our Bulk System (PLEYON) which will be even more cost-efficient than running 1200ml cassettes.

External interfaces: USB, Wi-Fi connection, I/O port, encoder, external sensor, external alarm lamp.

Different Colours are also available and can be switched instantly: Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, Magenta, and Orange, as well as UV curable inks for special applications.
This gives you a larger printing window than the standard 12,5mm one.
However, should you need an even bigger printing window – you can also stagger up to 4 standard cartridges/printheads that can reach a maximum of 50mm.
